@nic: that’s true for practically any industry, pero you’re right in that it’s particularly telling in a BPO where there’s not much intrinsic value in what you’re doing, so motivation has to be extrinsic and escalating. [Link]

Being in the BPO industry I can truly say that incentives play a big in meeting month goals. Without monetary motivation, everybody wont just push themselves to work harder but instead be just a regular employee of a dead end, redundant job. So in short, money=performance [Link]

mas lucky siya, yung doggie kong si GIGI na godnap tapos pinulutan ng mga lasenggong namumulutan ng doggie. Yung Japanese spitz naming si Poochie, namatay din at na mal-treat ng pinagiwanan namin temporarily. We had sad experiences, kaya ayaw na naming mag-alaga ng pets, ayaw na naming masaktan pag nawala ulit ang pets namin. [Link]
